St. James provided me with a great education enabling me to practice and grow in my faith. During my time at St. James I was surrounded by Christian role models who cared about me and wanted me to succeed. It provided me with an environment that allowed me to develop my interests and show my individuality. I loved that people around me encouraged me to try new things and participate in new activities.  I also enjoyed being able to interact with students of different ages. When I was younger I remember looking up to the older kids and when I was older I tried to be an example to the younger students. This is one thing that I don’t think that I would have ever experienced in a public school.
