The Parish Planning Council (PPC) consists of the President, the two Vice-Presidents, either the Treasurer or the Assistant Treasurer, either the Financial Secretary or the Assitant Financial Secretary, the Congregation Secretary, the Principal, the Director(s) of Christian Education, the nine (9) Chairmen of the Administrative Boards and the Pastor(s) of the congregation, all of whom hasll hold membership on the Parish Planning Council until his/her term of office expires.  It shall be the specific functions of the Parish Planning Council to:
     1. Serve as the point of liaison between the Pastor(s), the officers of the congregation, and the various administrative Boards in jointly planning, and administering the total work of the congregation.
     2. Serve to bring closure to differences between the several administrative Boards.
The Parish Planning Council shall normally meet monthly.  Additional meetings may be called by the President of the congregation or the Pastor(s).
     The Parish Planning Council shall keep a permanent set of minutes for each meeting, kept by the appointed Congregation Secretary, and such minutes shall be the property of the congregation and posted in the church newsletter.
