We would like to thank you for your interest in our community. We are happy that you have taken the time to learn about St James!
St James is a co-educational school where children and teachers know each other well and respect each other as individuals. Parents also play a significant role; success is ultimately based on mutual support and encouragement among parents, students, and teachers. Enrolling a child at St James School is a family commitment, as the school seeks to involve all members of the family in the life of the School.
School Admission Policy
Christian Education is Open to ALL Children.
Only when facilities are overcrowded or when there is a question as to our ability to minister effectively would a restriction possibly be placed on the admittance of any child. We admit students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin. Every student is afforded all the rights, privileges, programs and activities at our school. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of our educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs or any other school administered program.
St. James Lutheran School will observe the following guidelines in accepting students into it academic program. The following priority listing is necessary so proper ministry to Church, Family, and Community is maintained. A family may apply at any time, but priority will be given in the following time frame.
- January - March (St. James Church Members/Present School Families/Sister L.C.M.S. Congregation Members)
- April 1st (Registration will be open to all groups with priority given to those with the earliest “date received” by the school office)
Please contact Julie Grott for specific Entrance Requirements that are not listed here or if you have any other questions about St. James Entrance Standards.
