About $15K expenses yearly

No bill from food finders in quite awhile

Original name was “Social Concerns”, renamed “Food Pantry”

Principal’s Report

New 4th grade teacher - Morgan DeBlieck (moving from PS 2 teacher role)

CUW grad, roster eligible

Elementary Education degree with minor in Special Education

COVID takes up many hours weekly

Community spread beginning to affect schoolhouse

12 +% positivity now

May be virtual first week back, expecting spike in cases

Health Department continues to give kudos for our plan and communication

Russ Shoemaker Courtyard dedication planned for 12/28

Board of Elders

No service Christmas Eve to exceed sanctuary #’s

Planning for CE is ongoing

Enter East entrance and exit out West exit

Battery powered pew candles are great

Synodical convention has been moved to 2022 due to COVID

Jessie Tree has gone very well

Working on a Lent project similar to Jessie Tree

People want to be connected but can’t be due to COVID

Requesting list from Nola of families who have attended since last Christmas

Making phone calls - about 400 names

Pastor Heckert - zoom & in person Sunday School

Sunday School survey - asking what people would like, no response
